Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread Recipe


Hello cool weather! Oh how I missed you. Cornbread, I’m so excited to make  you again. Today I’m sharing with you a delicious cheddar jalapeño cornbread recipe that I know your family will love.

INGREDIENTS

2 packages of Martha White cornbread mix
1⅓ cup of milk (accoridng to directions)
½ cup of cheddar cheese
¼ cup of cheddar cheese (to top)
1 fresh jalapeno (seeded and diced)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat up your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place your 9 inch metal baking pan in the oven with a tablespoon of butter. You want your pan hot when you put in the cornbread.
