1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups chicken broth or stock, DIVIDED
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup salsa verde (green salsa)
1 cup sour cream
Salt & freshly ground pepper
12 corn tortillas, quartered
8 ounces grated Monterrey Jack cheese
1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles, drained
